How much is the shipping fee?

Do you have free shipping?

When will my order arrive?
There is no definite and fixed number of days for the arrival of the product. If available at our location the shipping time could be 3-5 days. If there is a back-order it could take up to 3-4 weeks.
Can I cancel my order once it is placed?
If your order has not shipped out yet you may cancel at any time unless it is a custom order which we do not offer returns for. After your order has shipped, cancellation is not possible.
