Returns Policy
Clé de Coeur requires items to be returned within 10 days of delivery. Items must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 2 days upon delivery. We issue refunds via store credit. Return packages must include a shipping slip including name, products returned, order number, and email. Shipping costs must be covered by the customer and we do not refund original shipping costs nor are we liable for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
