Return & Exchange Policy
At Clé de Coeur, we’re committed to providing beautifully crafted luxury gifts that delight. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to offer store credit under the conditions below.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for return:

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt)
Please note: Custom, personalized, or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@cledecoeur.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Store Credit
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be issued a store credit in the form of a digital gift card for the value of the returned item (excluding original shipping fees). Store credit will be issued within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing contact@cledecoeur.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll gladly assist with a replacement or store credit.
