5. Shipping Issues & Delays
Clé de Coeur is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If your package is delayed or lost, please contact the carrier with your tracking number.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at contact@cledecoeur.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
